When you purchase software from Group W (or one of its distributors) you receive 30 days of e-mail support at no added charge. After this initial 30 day period, support is billed at $90 per incident. Send your questions and problem reports to .

Or you can get support at the ActiveAG forum or ActiveMVIP forum. There's no charge for support through the forums. Try the search feature; your answer may already be there.

Group W will make custom enhancements to its software on request. If there's a feature you'd like to see, please let us know at .

As a rule, we charge for adding features and evaluate enhancement requests to prepare a bid for the work. But if the feature will be generally applicable and will improve the product for everyone, we sometimes add it at no charge.

ActiveAG™ and ActiveMVIP™ users who received our controls directly from NMS Communications (during the period 1997 - 2000) should contact Group W Systems directly with support questions.

Important notice about Channel Access support

Channel Access is a distributor for NMS Communications' hardware. It is not a distributor for Group W Systems' software and is not responsible for supporting Group W's software. There's no agreement between Group W Systems and Channel Access for supporting Group W's software.
